Our commitment to our people, our on-site safety culture, and various employee training programs drives us to improve year after year.
We have evolved our safety program and embraced technology through the use of Sitemax, an online platform that allows all workers on site access to safety documentation such as Daily Hazard Assessments, Weekly Toolbox Meetings, and Site Inspections.
The introduction of Sitemax has allowed us to provide an electronic HSE manual on the platform which enables all of our workers instant access to information such as Safe Work Practices and Safe Job Procedures. By making this investment on the Sitemax platform, not only are we streamlining our documentation control, but we are showing our commitment to our employees by making it easier for them to complete documentation that could help eliminate an unsafe situation, therefore making our projects a safe working environment for everyone.
